Armağan Elmastaşoğlu, Ph.D.

Armağan Elmastaşoğlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He holds an LLM in Public Law from Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences, a D.E.A. in International Law from the University of Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and has hia PhD in Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He worked as an Associate at Ernst&Young (EY Law) L.L.C. in Tbilisi/Georgia and as Legal Counsel for Ziraat Bank Inc.’s Foreign Operations Department before joining our team. His practice areas are competition law, international commercial law, international arbitration and private international law. He is fluent in English and has working level French profiency.
